Armatori Corporate Finance, with roots dating back to 2001, is a Finnish corporate finance company offering M&A and financial advisory services. Armatori is owned by its partners and is independent from financial institutions and investors, thereby providing services without any conflicts of interest.

Team
The partners of Armatori lead project teams, which often also include other experienced corporate finance professionals and senior industrial experts based on the needs of the client and the scope of the project. Niklas Uddström
Niklas has substantial M&A experience from several industries, including engineering, ICT, professional services, food, shipping, airlines, freight, pulp and paper, banking and insurance, construction and media. His previous engagements also include IPOs and de-listings, issues of shares and debt instruments, restructurings, fairness opinions and valuations.
Prior to Armatori Corporate Finance, Niklas worked at leading global, Nordic and Finnish corporate finance companies. He held executive positions at Ernst & Young, Danske Bank Corporate Finance and Mandatum & Co.
Niklas holds an M.Sc. Degree in Engineering and a B.Sc. Degree in Finance.
Markus Hämäläinen
Markus has led over one hundred M&A projects globally, covering industrial engineering and B2B services, automation, offshore operations as well as the construction industry. Markus has significant experience in strategic planning, business integration, business development and corporate law.
Before starting at Armatori Corporate Finance, Markus held executive positions at Cargotec, Hiab, KONE and Partek, all major international industrial corporations.
Markus holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) Degree.
